What it does
Calls are handled differently outside your hours, and each person sets their own. Knock off at two on Fridays and the phone behaves accordingly.
Try this
“After 4pm and all weekend, send calls to the receptionist instead of ringing me”
What it needs
A phone line, and your hours set.
What it won't do
It follows the hours you set. It won't decide on its own that you've finished for the day.
