What it does
Customers get a text before you show up, automatically, which is the cheapest way there is to cut down on nobody being home. Reminders about a booking you already have are the kind of message CASL treats most favourably.

“Send a reminder text the afternoon before every booked job”
What it needs
A phone line with texting, and appointments in your calendar.
What it won't do
Reminders count towards your included texts, and anyone who's opted out won't be messaged.
