Learns how each contact likes to be dealt with — first name or not, chatty or straight to the point — and drafts to them that way. Also handles who's who in an organization.

Nothing beyond your normal access.
What it won't do
It adjusts tone in drafts you approve. It won't send anything based on a profile.
