Known-caller recognition
What it does
Regulars get greeted by name, because it recognizes the number from your customer list and your phone contacts. Callers it doesn't know are handled as a new lead and captured properly.
Try this
“Did that number that just called match anyone we know?”
What it needs
A phone line, and your contacts synced.
What it won't do
It greets by name only when it's confident of the match. When unsure it stays neutral rather than guessing wrong.
