Per-user capability grants
What it does
Give someone exactly what they need and nothing more — the accounting side, the job system, licenses, the phones — time-limited by default. Staff can ask, and you approve from a card.
Try this
“Give Sam access to the job system until the end of the month”
What it needs
Owner access to grant; anyone can request.
What it won't do
Grants expire on their own. Nobody quietly keeps access they were given for two weeks in March.
