What it does
Get data in and out — spreadsheets in, and CSV, Excel, JSON or PDF out. Includes a full copy of your data on request, and exports on a schedule if you need them regularly.

Nothing beyond your normal access.
What it won't do
Imports are validated before anything is written, so a bad file can't quietly corrupt your records.
