What it does
Write, reply, forward, search and flag email without leaving the chat — from your own mailbox, or a shared one like info@ if you've got rights to it. It reads attachments too, so you can ask what's inside them.

What it needs
Your work mailbox. Shared mailboxes need access granted to you first.
What it won't do
Nothing is sent until you've read the draft and said go. It won't send on your behalf quietly.
