Mailbox delegation management
What it does
Manage who can get into which mailbox — full access, send-as, send-on-behalf, including shared ones. Staff can request access and owners approve it from a card.

“Give Sam access to the accounts mailbox”
What it needs
Owner access to grant it; anyone can request.
What it won't do
Mailbox access is granted by an owner approving it. Nobody can grant themselves access to someone else's mail.
