What it does
Decide who rings when — everyone at once, one after another, or a particular team for a particular number — and change it in a sentence when someone's on holiday.

“Ring me and Sam together on the office number, and skip Sam next week — he's away”
What it needs
A phone line, and the people you want in the group.
What it won't do
It routes calls. It won't listen in on them or join a call in progress.
