What it does
Calls are recorded, written out and summarised, and linked to the right customer — so "what did we actually agree on the phone" has an answer.

What it needs
A phone line, and recording switched on.
What it won't do
Recordings are kept for seven days, then deleted. Recording calls carries Privacy Act duties — check yours.
