What it does
When something landed five minutes ago and hasn't been picked up yet, this looks in the mailbox directly — including shared ones you have access to, like the enquiries inbox.
Try this
“Has anything come into the info inbox in the last hour?”
What it needs
Access to the mailbox you're asking about.
What it won't do
It only searches mailboxes you already have permission to open.
