What if it sends something wrong?
It asks first. Anything important — an email, an invoice, a quote — only goes out with your approval, and every action is logged so you can see exactly what it did and why. When it's not sure, it stops and tells you what it thinks is wrong.
Who can see my data?
It runs against your own Microsoft 365 account with tightly-scoped permissions for each kind of work, and your data is never used to train AI models. Cancel and everything stays where it always was — in your Microsoft account.
I'm not a computer person. Will I cope?
If you can send a text, you're qualified. Spelling and grammar genuinely don't matter — most of our customers are builders, electricians and mechanics, not office people.
Who's my “Microsoft admin”?
If you don't know, it's probably your IT provider. Start the trial anyway — we give you a one-line email to forward them, and their part takes about two minutes.
What happens after the 14 days?
