What it does
Before an outside meeting you get a briefing — who's coming and what you know about them, recent emails, what was said last time, what's open. It arrives the day before, an hour before, and ten minutes before.

What it needs
The meeting in your calendar with the attendees on it, and meeting support switched on for your business.
What it won't do
It briefs you on external meetings. It won't dig into your internal team meetings the same way.
