Data deletion and connector revocation

Last updated: 2026-08-01

An authorized business owner or administrator can stop future access, disconnect the service and request deletion of information controlled by The Everything. These are separate actions; choose the steps that match what you want to achieve.

Migration safety: do not delete source data early

If a migration is active or recently completed, contact us before deleting Google data or the Microsoft 365 destination. Revoking access stops future synchronization and may prevent validation or recovery.

1. Revoke Google Workspace access

  1. Sign in to the Google Admin console as a super administrator.
  2. Open Apps, then Google Workspace Marketplace apps.
  3. Select The Everything Connector and uninstall or remove access for the organization.
  4. If your organization previously created a manual domain-wide delegation entry, open Security, Access and data control, API controls, then remove that entry as well.
  5. Email us so we can stop the migration workflow and verify that the connector can no longer access the domain.

Google may take a short time to propagate revocation. Our service treats a failed authorization probe as unusable and will not silently fall back to another customer credential.

2. Request deletion from The Everything

Email privacy@the-everything-app.com from an authorized business address with the subject Data deletion request. Include:

  • your name, organization and domain;
  • the account, user or migration project concerned;
  • whether you want account closure, connector disconnection, deletion of migration records, deletion of support communications, or all applicable information; and
  • a safe way to confirm the request.

We will verify identity and authority, confirm the scope, preserve any information that law or security obligations require us to retain, and tell you when the request is complete or why an exception applies.

What deletion does and does not remove

  • We can delete or de-identify The Everything account, connection, migration, support and operational records that we control, subject to lawful retention requirements.
  • Uninstalling the connector stops future Google Workspace access but does not delete data in Google Workspace.
  • A deletion request to us does not automatically delete information already copied into the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant. The customer controls that tenant and must manage its own retention and deletion policies.
  • Billing, fraud-prevention, security and immutable audit evidence may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required, with access restricted.

Access, correction and complaints

The same email address can be used to request access to or correction of personal information, or to make a privacy complaint. We will explain the outcome and available escalation options. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or your local privacy authority.
